The staff were very professional, hospitable. The restaurant was good at the lobby, we ordered delicious dishes.

The location was ideal and comfy for exploring this fairly quiet area, adjacent to a shopping district, the subway and airport bus stop, and a metro station. The staff was helpful and assisted us greatly. We greatly enjoyed the a double room which was brand-new with 2 queen beds.

I loved staying at this place! The location was perfect, being in a nice neighborhood in the suburb of. There were plenty of restaurants and convenience stores nearby, perfect for satisfying any cravings. The staff always gave excellent service and were able to answer all our questions. The room was soundproofed and had great amenities such as an in-room safe, refrigerator, electric kettle, and flat-screen TV. The terrace was a nice touch and provided a great view of. I also appreciated the laundry facilities and the welcome drink was a nice touch.

I highly recommend this hotel for families.

The hotel doesn't match the stars. The soundproofing in the rooms is very poor. Rough repair.

Thoroughly enjoyed Seoul, the hotel was nice looking near the bus station. We had the standard double room which was well-stocked. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, used a safe box, TV and a refrigerator. River view was amazing and the location was particularly good and absolutely perfect, close enough to the airports and the center of the city, the subway stop and the bus stop, and Very close to gimpo airport. Booked it for our trip and had a real good stay here...

Standard double room with 2 queen beds was ready when we arrived. Our hotel was in a particularly good location, nearby a subway station. Good services were available.

Great value, good location

I had an amazing six-day stay at a hotel in Seoul. The staff provided excellent service and was able to answer all my questions. The location was convenient, with plenty of restaurants and convenience stores nearby. The room was comfortable and clean, and the bathroom had a deep bath. The view from the 14th floor was stunning, and I appreciate the hotel's effort in soundproofing the room. I highly recommend this hotel.

Booked a standard twin room with all necessities provided. Excellent location and overall the staff was very professional and extremely helpful. Short walk from a bus stop, just like we wanted.

The hotel is located in a comfortable neighborhood which makes it possible to enjoy rest. Access to taxis and public transportation is ideal, which is very convenient. The concierge were attentive.

Breakfast was subpar and they did not provide some basic amenities like toothbrushes and conditioner. The restaurant was closed for renovation.
